BofA and Citi unveil multi-dealer CLO and loan platform

Bank of America and Citi have joined forces with plans for a multi-dealer CLO and loan platform that will cover trading, data and analytics. The banks want to improve efficiency, liquidity and cost of execution and are inviting other dealers to join.

This platform will create an “accessible, user-friendly marketplace” says Brian Bejile, head of loan portfolio trading and e-trading for loans and CLOs at Citi.
